1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and jiliveo ("jiliveo", "we", "us", "our"). 2 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Jiliveo does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.

  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jiliveo employee.
  • You must not be self-excluded from jiliveo or any affiliated platform.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Jiliveo reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you cannot verify your age when asked, your account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

Under 18? Registering on jiliveo if you are under 18 years old is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one jiliveo account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Jiliveo will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact jiliveo support immediately.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile banking number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Deposits

  • You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
  • Processing time: Most withdrawals are completed within 3 minutes. During peak periods, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above platform thresholds.
  • Only real money balances (not bonus balances) can be withdrawn. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they convert to withdrawable real money.
  • Jiliveo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Matching: Your withdrawal will be sent to the same mobile banking number used for your last deposit. Make sure your registered payment details are up to date before requesting a withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jiliveo offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the time the bonus is claimed. The following general rules apply to all jiliveo bonuses:

  • Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise.
  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
  • Jiliveo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jiliveo are governed by the rules of the individual game, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a bet is submitted, it is final.
  • In the event of a technical failure during a game round, jiliveo will use server-side records to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to your account.
  • Jiliveo reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds or on a game that was displaying an error at the time of the bet.

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Jiliveo is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliveo platform:

  • Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with jiliveo games or the platform.
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
  • Attempting to launder money through the jiliveo platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

Accounts found to be in breach of fair play rules will be suspended immediately. Jiliveo will investigate all suspected breaches thoroughly. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance — including winnings — will be forfeited. Jiliveo may also report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

Zero Tolerance: Jiliveo has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, fraud, and money laundering. Any account found engaging in these activities will be permanently banned with no right of appeal.

9 Responsible Gaming

Jiliveo takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when activated.

If you choose to self-exclude from jiliveo, your account will be suspended for the period you select (minimum one week, maximum twelve months). 11 Limitation of Liability

12 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the jiliveo platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using jiliveo and may request account closure.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your jiliveo account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter, please follow this process:

14 Account Closure

You may close your jiliveo account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, ensure that:

  • All pending bets have been settled.
  • Any active bonus wagering requirements have been noted — uncompleted wagering will result in the bonus balance being removed.
  • Your registered mobile banking number is correct so that any remaining real money balance can be returned to you.
